Registration and Fees
Academic Researcher Full Conference Registration: £250
This category is for researchers with academic appointments at universities. The price is per person and prospective attendees must apply with a biography and details of their research interests for consideration. The price includes catering and beverages during the day, as well as both evening receptions and conference dinners. Ticket numbers are limited and applications from GRASFI Member Universities will be prioritised.
Academic Researcher Day-only Registration: £150
This category is for researchers with academic appointments at universities. The price is per person to attend during both days. Prospective attendees must apply with a biography and details of their research interests for consideration. Price includes catering and beverages during the day but does not include participation in the reception and dinner each evening.
Practitioner Registration: £1,000
This category is for practitioners working on sustainable finance-related topics in financial institutions or other relevant sectors. The price is per person and prospective attendees must apply with a biography and details. The price includes catering and beverages during the day, as well as both evening receptions and conference dinners. There are a very limited number of tickets and we expect there to be a waiting list.
Government, Regulator, and Civil Society Registration: £500
This category is for civil servants, regulators, and civil society practitioners working on sustainable finance-related topics. The price is per person and prospective attendees must apply with a biography. The price includes catering and beverages during the day, as well as both evening receptions and conference dinners. There are a very limited number of tickets and we expect there to be a waiting list.
PhD Student Registration - CLOSED
PhD students must submit a draft journal article length paper or a detailed research proposal to be considered for attendance at the PhD Workshop on Tuesday 3rd September 2019. If they are accepted for the PhD Workshop their registration fee for the whole conference will be waived. PhD students who have not had their papers accepted will be able to apply for either of the Academic Researcher categories (see above). We may have a limited number of bursaries to support participation and these will prioritise early career researchers and PhD students based in developing countries. Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified to the GRASFI organisers by email at oxford2019@sustainablefinancealliance.org. It is the registrant’s responsibility to check that their notice of cancellation has been acknowledged, as this is confirmation that the cancellation has been received.
Cancellations received before Thursday 1 August 2019 are eligible for a full refund of the fees less an administration fee of £30.
Cancellations received on or after Thursday 1 August 2019 are non-refundable.
No-shows: No refund is available to no-shows.
